Meet Alena

My passion is helping women grow, lead, and thrive through faith-centered coaching, mentorship, and transformational support. I believe that God never intended for women to walk life's journey alone. Inspired by Ecclesiastes 4:12, "Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken," my mission is to help strengthen the strands of women connected to God, to one another, and to their God-given purpose.

As a woman of faith, educator, mentor, and coach, I have dedicated my life to helping others discover their strength, navigate challenges, and pursue meaningful transformation. God has uniquely equipped me with spiritual gifts in teaching, mentoring, encouragement, and leadership, while also leading me to pursue extensive education and professional development in the fields of psychology, counseling, coaching, and human services.

I hold a Master's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Human Services Counseling, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology – Life Coaching, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology – Women's Christian Counseling. Combined with more than 30 years of leadership, training, coaching, and staff development experience, I have had the privilege of mentoring and guiding countless individuals through personal, professional, and spiritual growth.

Whether through one-on-one coaching or group coaching programs, my goal is to create a supportive environment where women feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered. For women who are struggling to stand, I desire to be an encouraging strand of support as they regain their footing. For women who are already standing strong, I desire to help strengthen their circle of support, growth, accountability, and sisterhood.

In addition to leading Alena Grace Coaching & Consulting, I am also the Founder and President of My Sister In Spirit, a nonprofit ministry dedicated to connecting women through faith, encouragement, prayer, and authentic community.

Beyond coaching, my greatest joy is my family. I have been blessed to share nearly three decades of marriage with my husband and am a proud mother of eight children and grandmother of ten wonderful grandchildren. As the oldest of six siblings, I deeply value family, relationships, and community.

Those closest to me would describe me as faith-filled, compassionate, bold, and encouraging. While I can certainly be the life of the party from time to time, I am also a proud introvert who treasures quiet moments with God, meaningful conversations, and the simple blessings of family life.

I believe God prepares us for purpose long before we recognize it ourselves. Looking back, I can see His hand guiding every season of my journey. It would be my honor to walk alongside you as you discover healing, clarity, confidence, and the purpose He has uniquely designed for your life.
